User Guide: Registering for the Cl@ve PIN System
The Cl@ve PIN is a digital identification system designed to simplify access to electronic public services for citizens. To complete your registration, follow these steps:
1. Download the Cl@ve PIN mobile application or visit the official electronic office.
2. Enter your National Identity Document (DNI) or Foreigner Identification Number (NIE), along with its expiration date.
3. Select your verification method: register via an online video call (available Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 14:00) or request an activation letter. The letter will be sent by post to the fiscal address registered with the tax agency.
4. Use the activation code received via video call or mail to complete the activation process.
*Note: This digital credential is personal and non-transferable, and is valid only for individuals. Businesses and other legal entities must use a standard representative digital certificate.*
