Read the passage below and complete the factual summary sentence with the exact quantitative values specified in the text.
During long-range reconnaissance operations, the RQ-9 patrol drone maintains a standard cruising altitude of 28,000 feet with an operational endurance of 14 hours. When fitted with the extended-range external fuel pod, its total flight endurance increases to 22 hours, while its maximum operating ceiling is reduced to 24,500 feet to safely offset the added 1,200-pound payload. Flight safety regulations require operators to maintain a mandatory fuel reserve equivalent to 90 minutes of flight time under standard cruising conditions.
