Read the following technical maintenance procedure:
Before technicians pressurize a newly installed aviation hydraulic accumulator, a strict purging and pre-charging sequence must be executed. First, the reservoir supply valve is isolated to prevent hydraulic backpressure. Immediately following valve isolation, mechanics release any residual nitrogen charge through the manual bleed fitting. After venting the gas chamber to atmospheric pressure, a calibrated dry-nitrogen charging cart is coupled to the high-pressure Schrader valve. Once the connection is securely torqued, technicians slowly introduce dry nitrogen until the system reaches the baseline pre-charge specification of 1,500 psi. Finally, after verifying pressure stabilization, the charging apparatus is disconnected and the protective cap is safety-wired.
Based on the passage, arrange the following maintenance actions in the order they must be performed from first to last.
- 1Isolate the hydraulic reservoir supply valve.
- 2Release residual nitrogen charge through the manual bleed fitting.
- 3Couple the calibrated dry-nitrogen charging cart to the Schrader valve.
- 4Introduce dry nitrogen until reaching the baseline 1,500 psi specification.
