Adım Adım Çözüm

1
Identify the legal obligation when unable to produce documents during a roadside police check.
Drivers are not legally required to carry documents at all times, but must comply with the standard production procedure.
The Road Traffic Act provides a grace period allowing drivers to present valid documents at a nominated police station.
2
Apply the statutory timeframe for document production.
The legally specified deadline is 7 days from the date of the request.
This allows sufficient time for the driver to retrieve their driving licence, insurance certificate, or MOT certificate and present them.
