Please note that to confirm your slot as a keynote speaker, you must submit your final abstract and a brief biography by May 20, 2026. Additionally, the summit organization has agreed to cover your lodging expenses directly. However, you are responsible for arranging and financing your own round-trip travel, which can be reimbursed up to a limit of $500 upon submitting receipts after the event. Please reply to this email by April 30, 2026, to confirm your initial interest.
